Getting Started

If you just want to test the waters, Paul and Jean Zimmer offer short, 4-week “Learn To Dance” classes with their Quickstart Dance program.  These classes use the techniques of Cued Ballroom to teach students a short sequence they can memorize and use at weddings, cruises, etc.  Thus, these classes offer a low-cost, low-commitment introduction to the wonders of Cued Ballroom, with the added benefit of having a learned a sequence you can use anywhere. If you’re ready to jump right in, Erin Byars offers traditional beginner lessons 5:00-6:45 on Wednesday nights at Veterans’ Memorial Hall (Royer Park) in Roseville.  Contact Erin for start dates.
